Andrew V. Schantz, Esq., is a founding member of Schantz & Gray, LLC. He represents the Schantz family’s fourth generation of attorneys, a professional lineage that has combined for more than 100 years of service to the Lehigh Valley.
Andrew is a high school graduate of The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Thereafter, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University, where he also was a member of the university’s nationally acclaimed wrestling team. Upon graduation, Andrew worked for CB Commercial Real Estate in Washington, D.C. before deciding to follow in his forefathers’ footsteps by attending law school. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in 1995.
Andrew served as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Allentown until 1999, when he began working alongside his father, William E. Schantz, Esq. to form the Schantz Law Offices, LLC. During this time, Andrew focused his areas of practice on real estate, municipal law and estate planning.
Since founding Schantz & Gray, Andrew has continued to focus his practice in the areas of municipal law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and has expanded his expertise to include business and corporate law.
Andrew’s clients have included municipal bodies, commissions and authorities, as well as local and national developers and corporations. He has served on the Board of and as a lecturer for Lehigh University’s IRE@L program. Andrew has also served on the Board of Lehigh County Meals on Wheels.
In his spare time Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf and traveling.

William E. Schantz was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of William Allen High School. He is also a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the Dickenson School of Law.
William E. Schantz is a fifty year member of the Lehigh County Bar Association, having served as its President in 1984. He is admitted to Practice before Courts of Common Pleas of Lehigh and Northampton Counties; Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania; Superior Court of Pennsylvania; Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Through his years of practice, William e. Schantz has represented countless families and businesses ranging in matters ranging from estate planning to real estate matters to litigation.
William E. Schantz is a longstanding member of Christ Lutheran Church in Allentown and Lehigh Country Club.
